Accompanying the golf course, the premiere home builder is developing over 350 acres of land that will include a state of the art clubhouse complete with a first-class fitness center, restaurant, pool, pro shop, and other exciting amenities. "The golf experience", says Mayfair, “will be fun, fair, and provide an enjoyable golf experience to golfers of all levels of ability”. Mr. Mayfair spent much of his off-season working on the project with Bison Home’s engineers, with expected completion in the spring of 2008.

The Semi-private resort will blend into the beautiful surrounding environment offered by only the White Mountains of Northern Arizona. Every hole is designed to be distinct with premiums placed on approach shots, distance control and mid-range iron accuracy.  The layout is set to have 9-holes played through the tall mountain pines and the other 9- holes played mostly in the grand meadow.
