Marketing is by Bison Homes, LLC. Selling/listing agent is Bison Realty, LLC (Gary A. Martinson, Designated Broker). Construction contractor for new construction is Cambric Construction, LLC (AZROC #255621). For new home purchases, Buyer must be provided a Subdivision Disclosure Report issued by the Arizona Department of Real Estate prior to purchase. Only lot reservations or conditional sales contracts will be taken if such report has not yet been issued. Subdivider varies by Subdivision.
