Mission Statement

Most people in today's new home market are seeking the home of their dreams--a dream all too often defined by "maximization" of things like square footage, trendy features and lot size.  Absorbed in the search for certain physical attributes, they lose sight of how the responsibilities of owning that home might affect the other areas of their lives.  Shortly after moving in, they find themselves consumed with maintenance items, a project list and the overall daily attention required of their new home. Their house becomes the one thing they are living for, and they realize how little time they have left to genuinely enjoy life. Bison Homes' ongoing objective is to design and deliver the ultimate in Arizona resort lifestyle to each of its buyers.

"Our individual living units are very carefully designed to reflect the casual, maintenance-free lifestyle for which we are known," Gary notes.  "Open, spacious floor plans and other included 'special touches' add to the resort lifestyle that distinguishes a Bison home from the more traditional offerings."

The resort lifestyle affords Bison homeowners the freedom to enjoy their leisure time without the worry or upkeep that comes with most single-family detached housing.

Importantly, the resort lifestyle offered by Bison Homes remains affordable.  "Many people have the mistaken idea that when you build in a more affordable price range, you are building for an entry-level buyer," Gary continues.  "Nothing could be further from the truth. Most of our clients are active retirees, young professionals, or those seeking a second home. These folks appreciate quality and value, and choose our homes because they afford them the opportunity to live the way they want to live. The maintenance-free lifestyle has become, for many, the preferred choice."
