The Bison Homes Team

Gary Martinson

Gary, the visionary behind Scottsdale-based Bison Homes, enjoys working with those special folks who view things a little differently. People who believe that a home is a means to an end, not an end in and of itself. People who have made a conscious decision about the kind of lifestyle they choose to live. People who believe their home should simply be a comfortable base from which to enjoy the many other things that life has to offer.

With a rather unusual comment from a homebuilder, Gary states, "Housing isn't everything." While Gary concedes that home ownership is still the "American Dream," he understands that there are certain people in the home buying market who have already attained that dream or simply desire a lifestyle that isn't restricted by the responsibilities of home ownership. Whether they are seasonal residents, active retirees or young professionals, Bison Homes' business philosophy is to supply these special people with affordable luxury and a maintenance-free lifestyle, all in the type of resort environment for which Arizona is known. Gary sums it up as offering "the resort lifestyle."

Scott Martinson

Scott, Gary’s son, is responsible for Bison Homes development and construction operations through his independent Cambric Construction, LLC. Scott shares his father’s talents and desires to provide the highest quality products to his customers.

Other Family, Friends & Staff

While Gary and now Scott carry on the family tradition, various other family members permeate the operation, assisting with design, construction, sales and financing. Other long time friends and associates of the Martinson family fill other key roles in the organization and provide equity financing for projects. Gary, who remains committed to maintaining a quality core of personalities, skills and talents, states, "I can't say enough about the staff and other folks who collectively constitute Bison Homes."

“Bison Homes” is a marketing brand name and legal trade name authorized for joint use by specific affiliated and/or non-affiliated independent legal entities operating under contractual arrangements to collectively provide certain homebuilding, home and/or lot sale, and rental services. Marketing is by Bison Homes, LLC. Selling/listing agent is Bison Realty, LLC (Gary A. Martinson, Designated Broker). Construction contractor for new construction is Cambric Construction, LLC (AZROC #255621). For new home purchases, Buyer must be provided a Subdivision Disclosure Report issued by the Arizona Department of Real Estate prior to purchase. Only lot reservations or conditional sales contracts will be taken if such report has not yet been issued. Subdivider varies by Subdivision.
