Show Low 
Bison Crossing is a master planned golf course community located on
the west side of Show Low with convenient Hwy. 260 access. The
community is being developed in phases, and the Golf Estates
subdivision is currently offering new homes and unimproved lots, all
with golf course frontage. Spec homes and/or resale homes are also available for immediate
move-in throughout the community.
Bison Ridge is a master planned
residential community on the western outskirts of Show Low on Hwy.
260. This quiet and picturesque community consists of cabins,
casitas and condominiums set within the rolling hillsides and
pines. Several premium cabin lots are currently available, and the
final phases of future development land are zoned for additional
condominiums and cabins. Previously owned homes are also generally
available.
Bison Ranch is a western-themed master planned
community on the south side of Hwy. 260 just east of Overgaard. In
addition to several completed cabin communities, Bison Ranch is home
to the Bisontown retail center, the Bison Ranch Resort Suites, and the seasonally
operated Bison Ranch Retreat Center. Several larger cabin lots are
available, along with several completed condominium units within the
Bison Ranch Resort Suites. As a relatively mature community, resale
homes
are typically available. A limited amount of acreage remains available
for future development.
